This video does a great job of showing just howphysically demanding it is to fly high performance
maneuvers in a military jet. His 'grunting' is
standard procedure, to help keep the blood from
draining from his head and brain.. Otherwise, he
would loose conciousness. Not all aviation
candidates are suited for, or can withstand, this
intense level of flying.
