Drone got Baitullah, Waliur killed Hakimulla, and then

was himself killed in a power struggle in the Tehreek’s

Shura meeting.

So the Primary leader was killed, and secondary,

and tertiary and they are left with the quaternary choice.

I'd call that degraded...
