Also an honest correction in there: my earlier diagnosis blamed the wrong failure mode. Friday's send died on a Gmail timeout, not the duplicate guard — three weeks, three different failures, and I only pointed you at one of them.
Your call on the prime rate before next Friday: I can dig into the FRED fetch and fix it, drop the prime rate from the email until it works, or label it as stale whenever the fetch fails so it never passes silently again. Which one?
