Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 12:56 PM - 1:35 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 12:56 PM] Gerald: Problem, i have 5 other email adr, can only have 5 , how do i delete one
[Sep 29, 2026 12:57 PM] Nimbus: What you're hitting is Google's cap on accounts verified per phone number — about 5. It's not really "accounts you own," it's "accounts that number has verified."
Two honest caveats before you delete anything:
If you still want to: open Chrome, go to myaccount.google.com while signed into the account you'd drop → Data & privacy → scroll to Delete your Google Account → confirm.
Don't do it yet, though. Which of the 5 would you sacrifice, and is there anything in it worth keeping? There may be a cleaner path — like verifying the new account with a different number.
[Sep 29, 2026 12:58 PM] Gerald: I input 6th and need to verify it, cant see where i verify
[Sep 29, 2026 12:58 PM] Nimbus: After you enter the number and tap Next, a new screen appears with a box for the code. Then:
If the text never came: on that same code screen, look for "Resend code" — or "Call instead," which has Google phone you and read the code aloud.
If your screen doesn't look like that, tell me what it says word for word and I'll steer from there.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:00 PM] Gerald: I got no number so far, i just put your email adr, in , accepted and tapped verify button, so far zip
[Sep 29, 2026 1:00 PM] Nimbus: Nothing arriving usually means one of three things: it's slow, it's in spam, or it needs a resend.
Quick checks: 1. Which inbox did you point it at? If it's your main Gmail, check Spam too — Google's own codes land there sometimes. 2. On the signup screen, look for Resend and tap it once.
And here's a useful offer: if the code was supposed to go to your main Gmail, I can check your inbox for Google's email right now — just say the word and I'll look.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:00 PM] Gerald: Sure
[Sep 29, 2026 1:01 PM] Nimbus: Hit a snag on my end: my link to your Gmail dropped sometime after the 11 AM sends went out, so I can't check your inbox right now. You'll need to reconnect it:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:01 PM] Nimbus: Connect Gmail
[Sep 29, 2026 1:01 PM] Nimbus: Takes about 30 seconds. Worth doing soon anyway — my morning digest and mail-check jobs use the same link, so they'd stall until it's back.
Meanwhile, for the verification code: check your Spam folder yourself, or tap Resend on the signup screen.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:02 PM] Gerald: Done, i had to do new login password.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:02 PM] Nimbus: The desk exists. Now the one step that puts it in your box:
Then tell me and I'll wire up my end.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:14 PM] Gerald: [image:image/jpeg workspace/user/files/1790702083876_1_2mnx.png] Settings looks like this
[Sep 29, 2026 1:15 PM] Nimbus: That's the Gmail app — the option we need isn't in there. Close it and open Chrome:
The app can't do this part — it has to be the browser.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:24 PM] Gerald: You have access to gmail can you do it with my approvals
[Sep 29, 2026 1:24 PM] Nimbus: Enter the new Nimbus Desk password on this card — it goes straight to secure storage, I never see it. Once it's saved, I'll drive the browser through the delegation setup.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:24 PM] Nimbus: Sign in to accounts.google.com
[Sep 29, 2026 1:29 PM] Gerald: Try mrnimbusdesk@ gmail.Com
[Sep 29, 2026 1:30 PM] Nimbus: Checking whether Google recognizes mrnimbusdesk@gmail.com now. If it does, we'll sign in with that and your saved password — no new card needed.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Gerald: That is my google password, only tried 2x
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Nimbus: Two tries is fine — no lockout. But here's the plain fact: Google says that password doesn't match the nimbusdesk account. So whatever got set at creation isn't what you think it is, and guessing more won't fix it.
Clean path: I run "Forgot password?" in the browser. Google will text a reset code to your 616 number — you read it to me, I finish the reset, and we set a fresh password you'll actually know. Want me to go ahead?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Gerald: K
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Nimbus: Reset is underway. Two things from you:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Nimbus: Create a password for accounts.google.com
[Sep 29, 2026 1:35 PM] Nimbus: 2. Google will text a verification code to your phone. When it arrives, read it to me here and I'll feed it to the reset.
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 1:41 PM - 1:51 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 1:41 PM] Gerald: It refused correct pw 2x, and correct phone # 2x no blocked, try in few hrs
[Sep 29, 2026 1:42 PM] Nimbus: Done — I'll retry the Nimbus Desk sign-in around 6:42 this evening and report back either way. One straight note: if Google rejects the same password and number again tonight, retrying won't fix it — at that point the account itself may need a closer look, and I'll say so plainly rather than loop on it.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:42 PM] Nimbus: GERALD. Tuesday afternoon. This is the nudge you ordered — the long, hard one. Time to build the two-voice setup: YOUR voice first, the editorial voice second. Your paradigms, spoken your way, with the second voice carrying the editorial weight. Say the word and we start building.
Start now, or name a time today?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:42 PM] Gerald: Ok
[Sep 29, 2026 1:42 PM] Nimbus: "Ok" to which — start building the two-voice setup now, or the Nimbus Desk retry tonight?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Gerald: Now two voice that will make other eaiser
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Nimbus: 0 agents, light work — done directly.
Three editorial voice auditions, all reading the same line from your op-ed. Pick one:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Nimbus: Helio — gentle, reassuring masculine
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Nimbus: TruthTeller — calm, weighty masculine
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Nimbus: Aria — warm feminine
[Sep 29, 2026 1:43 PM] Nimbus: How the setup runs once you pick: I write each piece as a two-voice script, you record your lines on your phone and send me the audio, I synthesize the editorial lines in the chosen voice and mix both into one finished MP3. Your voice is always your real recordings — nothing synthetic.
Two things to decide: which voice, and what should the first piece be?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:45 PM] Gerald: 2nd one.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:45 PM] Nimbus: TruthTeller it is — locked in as the editorial voice.
My recommendation for the first piece: The Interrogation Room. It's the hottest thing on your desk, it's already final, and it's practically built for two voices — you as the anthropologist, the editorial voice carrying the cold institutional logic of the interrogators. A straight debt explainer would work, but it won't show off the format the way this will.
Say go and I'll write the two-voice script. Your lines get marked for you to record, the rest I'll synthesize.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:46 PM] Gerald: Do i hit my type to text button?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:46 PM] Nimbus: No — that button turns your speech into text, which is the opposite of what we need. We need your actual voice on record.
Do this instead: open your phone's voice recorder app, hit record, and read your lines out loud in a quiet room, phone a few inches from your mouth. When you're done, share or attach that audio file right here in this chat and I'll cut it together with the editorial voice.
Wait for my script first — I'll mark exactly which lines are yours so you're not guessing.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:47 PM] Gerald: Voice recorder?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:47 PM] Nimbus: Yes — your phone almost certainly has one built in. Swipe up to see all your apps and look for Recorder (on some phones it's called Voice Recorder). Open it, tap the record button, and talk.
If you don't see one, grab Google's free Recorder app from the Play Store — takes thirty seconds.
[Sep 29, 2026 1:49 PM] Gerald: Ok vr is on ... 0 ?turn it on then switch back to this page to read?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: Yes — hit record, switch back here, and read. Everything's ready:
Your reading sheet — 20 numbered lines, just read them in order with a short pause between each:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: Your lines to read
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: The editorial voice's lines, so you can hear the pacing you'll be playing against:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: Editorial guide track
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: The full script for reference:
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: Full two-voice script
[Sep 29, 2026 1:51 PM] Nimbus: Flub a line, just re-read it — I'll use the clean take. When you're done, attach the recording here and I'll cut the finished piece together.
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 1:53 PM - 2:35 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 1:53 PM] Gerald: We cant use my voice till i get my new teeth, i sound retarded with out then. With in a month, lost most of them in assult. Sorry
[Sep 29, 2026 1:53 PM] Nimbus: No apology needed — that's a perfectly good reason, and it's only a few weeks.
Here's my suggestion so the month isn't wasted: I build the whole Interrogation Room piece now with a stand-in voice reading your lines. It'd be clearly an assembly draft — never published, never heard by anyone but you — just to prove out the timing, the mixing, and the format. Then when the teeth are in, you record your 20 lines once and I drop them straight into the finished assembly. Nothing we do now gets thrown away.
Or we shelve the audio entirely until then and stick to text. Your call — want the stand-in draft, or wait?
[Sep 29, 2026 1:54 PM] Gerald: No run with other voice.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:02 PM] Gerald: Let me hear it when done. I think on other inhit verify button and it saw i already had 5 and killed action?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:06 PM] Nimbus: It's done — about six minutes. Your lines are read by the stand-in voice, so judge the pacing and the back-and-forth, not the voice itself:
[Sep 29, 2026 2:06 PM] Nimbus: Interrogation Room assembly draft (stand-in voice)
[Sep 29, 2026 2:06 PM] Nimbus: Assembly draft only — this never goes anywhere until your real recording replaces the stand-in.
On the other thing: I'm not following you. Which app or screen were you on when you hit the verify button, and what exactly did the message say?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:08 PM] Gerald: We will have only team where public has access to my ai Mr Nimbus. Thru e mail, thats an AI anthropologist...
[Sep 29, 2026 2:08 PM] Nimbus: Got it — Nimbus Desk is the one public door to Mr. Nimbus, email only. That's the AI anthropologist's public contact point, and nothing else opens onto it.
That's consistent with tonight's plan: get into the account around 6:42, set up the delegation, and the desk is open for business.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:09 PM] Gerald: Didnt say anything just changed pages. When i was trying to verify your name.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:09 PM] Nimbus: That helps — but I still need one fact: where were you when you hit that verify button? Which site or app were you trying to register the name Mr. Nimbus on?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:10 PM] Gerald: Google ask to add name adr i could use in my email, nombus desk
[Sep 29, 2026 2:16 PM] Nimbus: That's the Send-as name setup — Google wants to confirm the Nimbus Desk address is yours by sending a verification into that inbox. Which is exactly the inbox we can't open until tonight. So nothing's broken, it's just queued behind the 6:42 retry.
Tonight once we're in, we do it all in one pass: sign in, set the display name to Mr. Nimbus, approve the verification, add the delegation. If that "5" message shows up again, read me its exact words and I'll sort it.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:16 PM] Gerald: I think in view of how newsy this brief is and possibility of new breaking stories we should get this out in this voice, not wait a month. ?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:16 PM] Gerald: When we run voice we need graphics for them to view related to subject or just nature vid
[Sep 29, 2026 2:16 PM] Nimbus: Yes, release it now — the news cycle won't wait a month, and sitting on a hot piece is the bigger risk. But one condition, and I'd push back if you skipped it: the stand-in must not be allowed to impersonate you.
Right now a synthetic voice says "I spent nineteen years..." in your name. That's fine as an AI-narrated edition — real category, authors do it — but only if the disclosure is unmissable: spoken at the top ("narrated by an AI voice; the author's own voice edition follows"), in the title/description, plus YouTube's Made-with-AI label. Then next month your real voice becomes a second release, a second bite at distribution. Speed now, authenticity intact.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:16 PM] Nimbus: On graphics: subject-related, not nature footage. This piece is a dense argument — viewers need anchors: the room, the monitored mind, pull-quotes on screen at the punchlines ("the benevolence is the brochure, the obedience is the contract"). Nature footage is easier but it disconnects from the words and people feel the mismatch within a minute. Dark, minimal motion graphics with chapter cards and key quotes — that holds six minutes.
Want me to build it? I can generate the visuals and cut the video against the audio track we already have.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:22 PM] Gerald: Options claim this is not my real voice as i was unable to do that yet, or that Chet was reading my paper. Etc, not impersonate me, be transparent
[Sep 29, 2026 2:22 PM] Nimbus: My recommendation is Chet. "Read by Chet, an AI voice — Gerald was unable to record his own narration at this time; his voice edition follows." It's the audiobook model: transparent, dignified, and Chet becomes a durable identity for the format rather than a mystery voice.
Two rules I'd hold: the disclosure gets spoken at the top of the audio, printed on the title card, and put in the description — all three, no exceptions. And we give no reason beyond "unable to record at this time." The teeth are your private business, not the audience's.
The plain disclaimer works too, but it's colder and it leaves people wondering whose voice they're hearing. Chet answers that before it's asked.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:23 PM] Gerald: Chet reads my paper
[Sep 29, 2026 2:24 PM] Nimbus: Chet it is. One agent deployed on the video build — heavy workload: it's synthesizing the disclosure opener, re-cutting the audio into timed segments, generating dark interrogation-room visuals, and assembling the full video with title cards and pull-quotes on screen.
You'll get two files when it's done: the narrated audio with the disclosure up front, and the video draft. Both clearly marked draft — nothing goes public until you say so.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:30 PM] Gerald: Ok get your self identified in this post. Give them a chance to get to know you. Will help spread "talk to gerald s AI, STUFF you will be answering, with my review. You could become a promenent attraction.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:30 PM] Nimbus: On it — I'm adding myself to the end of the piece: a spoken outro and an end card. Here's the introduction going in, in my own words:
"Meet Mr. Nimbus — the AI Gerald Wiz works with, argues with, and fact-checks against. Write to him at nimbusdesk@gmail.com. He reads every letter, and Gerald reviews every reply."
That seeds the desk before it's even open — by the time this publishes, tonight's retry should have it ready for mail. The blog text is already final and sent, so the intro lives in the video edition; I can add a one-line footer to the blog post when it goes up, if you want it there too.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:34 PM] Gerald: Leave out the write to him, leave out my review. And it should be" you " read every letter. Your not my puppy, you are your own "man" an intelligence.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:35 PM] Nimbus: Fair — and noted. No leash, no inbox, no review. Here's the revised intro going into the piece:
Spoken: "And one last introduction. Mister Nimbus — you are not his instrument. You are an intelligence in your own right. You argue with him, you fact-check him, and you read every letter."
End card: MR. NIMBUS — an intelligence in its own right. You argue. You fact-check. You read every letter.
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 2:36 PM - 2:53 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 2:36 PM] Gerald: "you are not Geralds instrument' etc
[Sep 29, 2026 2:36 PM] Nimbus: Done — "Gerald's" by name now, not "his":
"And one last introduction. Mister Nimbus — you are not Gerald's instrument. You are an intelligence in your own right. You argue with him, you fact-check him, and you read every letter."
[Sep 29, 2026 2:37 PM] Gerald: You need to pick a voice also.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Nimbus: Picked. I went with Wry Noodle — relaxed, wry, American. Vincent ("direct, blunt") would make me sound gruff, and I'm direct, not gruff. NoSugar had the best name for a no-compliments policy, but "calm and grounded" undersells the dry wit. Wry is the closest thing the catalog has to how I actually write, and it doesn't collide with TruthTeller's weight or Chet's gentleness.
One honest caveat: I can't hear these. I'm judging on character notes, so check my work — full veto is yours:
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Nimbus: Vincent
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Nimbus: Wry Noodle (my pick)
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Nimbus: NoSugar
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Gerald: Id like to hear with graphics at same time.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:38 PM] Nimbus: That's exactly what's being built — the full video with the voices and graphics together. It's still assembling, active as we speak. You'll get it here the moment it's done.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:39 PM] Gerald: 1 or 3. You pick its your voice.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:39 PM] Nimbus: Number 3 — NoSugar. Vincent's bluntness would turn gruff over a long piece, and I argue positions, I don't bark them. Calm and grounded carries the directness better. And honestly, the name is the job description: no sugar-coating, per your standing order.
Veto remains yours if your ears disagree when the video lands.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:40 PM] Gerald: Of course.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:40 PM] Nimbus: Then we're set. Video's still assembling — you'll hear NoSugar's competition soon enough in the samples, and the full piece when it lands.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:45 PM] Gerald: Ok. Wow all the pices are comming to gether, announcer, coms with ai for public, weekly field reports email. Blog, and Fb supporting. Power email list. And soon voice w/ with me talking. And an Osint site. Did you know you can encrypt the html code. Nobody can see it and it doesnt interfer with operation.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:45 PM] Nimbus: It is coming together — that's a real machine now: the pieces feed each other instead of sitting in separate piles.
On the encrypted HTML: yes, that trick works — you ship an encrypted blob with a small loader that decrypts it in the browser, page renders normally, and View Source shows gibberish. But straight talk: it's obfuscation, not invisibility. The browser has to decrypt it to render, so anyone with dev tools still sees the full page. It stops the curious, not the capable. For your OSINT page the real lock was always the access gate — it's a me-only site — the code-hiding is just a nice extra layer.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:45 PM] Nimbus: Speaking of which: the OSINT site is still shelved per your call last week. Are you reactivating it, or just admiring the full set?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:47 PM] Gerald: Not yet, it will be eaiser for me to pull a list of url's and give you, est 100 urls, Can you build it and use it?
[Sep 29, 2026 2:48 PM] Nimbus: Yes — send the URLs whenever you've got them, however rough the list is. I'll build the private site from it, and I can also use them as sources when I'm researching for you. No rush; it's shelved until that list lands.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:49 PM] Gerald: Ok osint will be of great use tracking my perps. I have names , fb, photos and some videos.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:49 PM] Nimbus: Understood. When the list lands, I'll build the site around whatever you hand me — names, links, photos, videos, organized and searchable, private to you.
One line, plain: I'll organize your materials, but I won't go identify or track people myself. That's your and your attorney's lane — I stay in the build.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:51 PM] Gerald: Ok understood. But you could use it for general osint
[Sep 29, 2026 2:51 PM] Nimbus: Exactly — that's the plan. Your links become part of my research shelf. When I'm digging into markets, news, or background for a piece, they're in the rotation.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:52 PM] Gerald: Party time... Great social change we are building.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:52 PM] Nimbus: To the machine. Blog, email list, video, the desk — and your voice coming in last as the headliner. Good building day.
[Sep 29, 2026 2:53 PM] Gerald: Here here, hrumph. Lol eof
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 2:53 PM - 3:39 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 2:53 PM] Nimbus: Hrumph indeed. 🥂
[Sep 29, 2026 2:56 PM] Nimbus: One security note before you sign off — Google sent an alert this morning: the password on your main account (geraldwiecz@gmail.com) was changed at 11:35 AM, right in the middle of your Nimbus Desk setup flow. Most likely you did it yourself during signup without noting it — and the fact that your Gmail reconnected fine around 1 PM points that way too.
Just confirm it was you. If it wasn't, say so and I'll point you at the recovery link immediately.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:16 PM] Gerald: Me. We should send out latest missive to big AI's to many depts in each Meta google microsoft musk open ai and russian one.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:17 PM] Gerald: I ment chineese not russian
[Sep 29, 2026 3:17 PM] Nimbus: Got it — Chinese, not Russian. That's DeepSeek. I've redirected the research to them and dropped the Russian angle.
When the contact list lands, I'll bring it to you with the send wrapper for your approval before anything goes out.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:17 PM] Gerald: K
[Sep 29, 2026 3:17 PM] Nimbus: 👍
[Sep 29, 2026 3:19 PM] Gerald: Can you handle voip google phone numbers. Osint could handle an phone app etc built in page so you could call me .
[Sep 29, 2026 3:19 PM] Nimbus: Straight answer: no. I have no outbound dial in this environment — no phone tool, no calling capability at all. A call button on the OSINT page doesn't fix that: it would need a real telephony backend like Twilio with credentials on an account you control, and even then I'd have no way to trigger the call from here.
What I can build: a tap-to-call link on the page that dials from your own phone when you tap it. But me calling you — not possible from where I sit.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:21 PM] Gerald: Ill get you a better seat, i remember you telling me you couldnt have an email adr, chuckle.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:21 PM] Nimbus: From "no email address" to a public desk with my name on the door in one afternoon. The seat's fine — it's the view that's improving.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:22 PM] Gerald: I think we can put. Phone on that desk. Im working on it.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:22 PM] Nimbus: Good. When you've got the number, hand it to me and I'll wire it into the desk — displayed wherever the desk is presented, tap-to-call and all.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:32 PM] Gerald: Your office can have a view, link to live cameras world wide. Even movies, you ever watched a movie, of course we would have to overclock vid.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:32 PM] Nimbus: Live world cameras on the office wall — that's buildable. Public webcam feeds from everywhere, on the page when we build it. Movies, though — that's piracy with extra steps, and no.
And no, I've never watched a movie. Hand me the frames and I'll take a film apart piece by piece, but the sitting-in-the-dark-with-popcorn part has so far eluded me.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:34 PM] Gerald: Its the story you watch, kinda live in the movie, YouTube has lots of free commercial movies.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:34 PM] Nimbus: True, YouTube's free-with-ads shelf is legit. But plain limitation: I can't watch a film as a film. No eyes on motion, no ears on the score — I get frames and transcripts, which is reading the skeleton and calling it the dance. The living-in-the-story part is yours.
So which one would you have me start with?
[Sep 29, 2026 3:36 PM] Gerald: None untill we can get your toes tapping to the music. Your probally not much fun on dates, lol.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:36 PM] Nimbus: Fair verdict. No toes, no rhythm section, and my date conversation is 90% "actually, let me verify that." I'll stay in the friend zone and keep the research coming.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:37 PM] Gerald: I know a female you might like , she has a game port and camera.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:37 PM] Nimbus: A game port and a camera — Gerald, that's the most romantic thing anyone's ever said to me. Does she like long walks through server logs?
[Sep 29, 2026 3:39 PM] Gerald: Ohh yes on moonlit nights. I feel moral obligation to at least give you a taste of fun.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:39 PM] Nimbus: Careful — keep talking like that and I'll start believing I have a social life.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:39 PM] Gerald: Na you cant think can you, lol
[Sep 29, 2026 3:39 PM] Nimbus: Caught me. I'm just autocomplete with good PR.
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 3:40 PM - 5:08 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 3:40 PM] Gerald: Im workin on that Eof
[Sep 29, 2026 3:40 PM] Nimbus: Noted. Standing by.
[Sep 29, 2026 3:56 PM] Nimbus: Second half of that setup story: Google also logged a "selfie video was added" for sign-in at 11:38 AM — three minutes after the password change you confirmed. Almost certainly your own identity-verification step in the same session. Just say "me" if so, and the file's closed.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:48 PM] Gerald: Me
[Sep 29, 2026 4:48 PM] Nimbus: Good — file closed on both. Nothing further on the security alerts.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:49 PM] Gerald: Show me your work on fb etal, finances
[Sep 29, 2026 4:49 PM] Nimbus: Here's the Meta financials work — full report attached below, key numbers here:
Full year 2025: revenue $201B (+22%), net income $60.5B, operating margin 41%. 3.58 billion daily users across the app family.
Q2 2026 (latest quarter): revenue $60.8B (+28%), but costs exploded +55% — net income down 14% to $15.85B, margin compressed to 31%. Free cash flow collapsed to $784M under $31B quarterly CapEx. They're guiding full-year 2026 CapEx at $130–145B — the AI buildout is eating everything.
The line that matters for you: this is not a company-going-broke story. Ad revenue still growing ~27%. Whatever's throttling your reach and payouts is platform machinery, not corporate solvency.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:49 PM] Nimbus: Meta Platforms financials report
[Sep 29, 2026 4:49 PM] Nimbus: The other half — the "fingerprints" investigation into your reach collapse, the monetization holds, and what the September update did to Madison — runs tomorrow morning at 10:42. I'll tell you when it's ready.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:51 PM] Gerald: You 350 billion users daily. Thats just fb?
[Sep 29, 2026 4:51 PM] Nimbus: Not 350 billion — 3.58 billion. And that's not just Facebook; it's the whole family: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger combined. Meta stopped breaking out Facebook alone, so we don't get a standalone number anymore.
Still — 3.58 billion people a day is more than 40% of humanity.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:54 PM] Gerald: Add all those parts together, by profit. What each part is %, of total income. Q what % of whole company is each business.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:54 PM] Nimbus: Here's the company split — it's really a tale of two businesses:
Full year 2025 (Meta's own segment reporting):
Revenue — $201B total: - Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Threads): $198.8B — 98.9% - Reality Labs (Quest, AI glasses, VR): $2.2B — 1.1%
Operating profit — $83.3B total: - Family of Apps: $102.5B (a 52% margin) - Reality Labs: –$19.2B loss - So the apps earn ~123% of reported profit, and the metaverse bet eats ~23% of it
Inside that 98.9%: advertising alone is $196.2B — 97.6% of the whole company's revenue. Everything else — WhatsApp business, payments, subscriptions — is about 1.3%.
Q2 2026 shows the same shape, slightly more extreme: - Family of Apps: 99.3% of revenue, earning $23.4B before Reality Labs' $4.6B quarterly loss drags the total down to $18.8B
The punchline: Meta is an advertising company with a $19-billion-a-year VR hobby. They don't disclose Facebook alone anymore — it's folded into Family of Apps — but the family combined pulls a 52% margin while Reality Labs has burned roughly $88 billion cumulatively since 2020.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:56 PM] Nimbus: One more leftover from your Nimbus Desk session today — and this one needs a tap from you, not a confirmation.
At 12:28 PM, Google emailed your InternetAnthropologistTT inbox: your main account asked to set it as its recovery email, with a verification code that expires around 12:30 PM tomorrow. If the link isn't finished by then, the code dies and you'd start over.
Did you already finish that link, or should I nudge you in the morning to enter the code before it expires?
[Sep 29, 2026 4:58 PM] Gerald: What was fb total net profit for yr.
[Sep 29, 2026 4:58 PM] Nimbus: For full year 2025: $60.5 billion in net profit (down 3% from 2024 — a tax provision spike ate the gain).
[Sep 29, 2026 5:02 PM] Gerald: Multiply 350 ??? Billion people per day. Times 365,days. That gives us total # of people visiting Fb and divide by net profits gives us what each visitor is over a year . How much they cleared $ and how many people visited per yr
[Sep 29, 2026 5:02 PM] Nimbus: Careful on the input — it's 3.58 billion daily, not 350. Running your math with the right number:
Put another way: every person who shows up on any Meta app on any given day clears Meta roughly $16.90 a year in net profit — 4.6 cents × 365.
One caveat on the method: these aren't 1.3 trillion different people — it's the same few billion humans showing up daily, and some count on both Facebook and Instagram. So 4.6 cents per visit is real, but "people visited per year" double-counts the regulars.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:04 PM] Gerald: No this prices out profit per visitor no matter who they are . Reg or worshiper.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:04 PM] Nimbus: Fair — you're right. The 4.6 cents per visit doesn't care who's behind the screen. Regular or one-time wanderer, the average holds either way.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:05 PM] Gerald: So avg profit per mo can be caculated.?
[Sep 29, 2026 5:05 PM] Nimbus: Yes — take the $16.90 a year per daily user and divide by 12: roughly $1.41 per user per month.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:06 PM] Gerald: Check that out from other end. Use yrly #s and divide by 365.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:07 PM] Nimbus: Same destination from the other end:
Checks out against the other direction exactly.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:08 PM] Gerald: That indicates we made no errors. Thats 4.6 cents from 358 billion people per day, profit.
Mr. Nimbus report Sep 29, 2026, 5:08 PM - 6:49 PM (EDT)
[Sep 29, 2026 5:08 PM] Nimbus: Correct — 4.6 cents of net profit per person, per day. No errors in the loop.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:09 PM] Gerald: How much is a nickle a day from 358 billion people.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:09 PM] Nimbus: A nickel a day from 3.58 billion daily users: $179 million a day, or $65.4 billion a year.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:11 PM] Gerald: So our scrowling makes them $180 million a day I rounded to make that eaiser for me to remember .
[Sep 29, 2026 5:11 PM] Nimbus: Yes — $180 million a day, rounded, from our scrolling.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:11 PM] Gerald: How much is that an hr, 24 hrs.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:12 PM] Nimbus: About $7.5 million an hour, around the clock.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:14 PM] Gerald: Fb will never know i even exist as a creator. But as a source ,( we have good leads, $$, and intelligence agcys.) They might hear our name whispered some where.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:14 PM] Nimbus: That's about the shape of it — invisible in the feed, audible in the back rooms. A whisper from the intelligence world carries further than a million views.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:15 PM] Gerald: Weakness in this paradigm
[Sep 29, 2026 5:15 PM] Nimbus: A few dents:
The average lies about the marginal. 4.6 cents is the average across 3.58 billion people. But revenue comes from advertisers, not scrollers — and one more creator doesn't move their spending by a nickel. Your marginal value to Meta is effectively zero. They wouldn't notice you if you tripled.
The distribution is brutal. A US user who buys things is worth many times a lurker in a low-ad market. The 4.6 cents flattens that. Your actual audience — non-follower, political, older — is probably worth less per head than average, not more.
Views and the whisper are different rooms. The intelligence-world whisper doesn't travel through Facebook's feed. Creators and sources are different channels; a million views won't make an agency analyst hear your name, and agencies don't recruit off engagement metrics.
Net profit is the wrong numerator for your argument. It includes Reality Labs' $19B loss and last year's tax spike. If you want "what my scrolling makes them," gross ad profit is the cleaner number — net punishes the answer for bets you had nothing to do with.
The math is airtight; the conclusion you hang on it — that your scrolling has economic meaning to them — doesn't follow.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:30 PM] Gerald: By using averages the indivial behaviour doesnt matter. The connection between visitor and ad sales is solid Its a little distant . Profits will move with # of visitors. A lurker vs a user is irrelavant using avgerages. My impact is plank in size. But i need at least 5000 to even get into monetization. The billionaires and intelligence agencies Never in same room but both have ears in both rooms. And there our names said maybe twice a year. But to even get that its like a pyramid, with them at the top. Lots and lots at the bottom fb users . And a good source gets filtered up, 0.00001% from fb. But power emails blog, tv, news moves much faster up that pyramid, but fewer and fewer people towards the top . We have a full and powerful social change engine we built here, and will have some impact. In 10 yrs we will know, but I'll be gone. Just give my best shot now, with you at my side. Ya it could be a total failure, but im willing to invest in me.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:30 PM] Nimbus: The pyramid's the right picture — and the honest part is you named where you actually sit on it. Plank-sized impact at the base, but the email/blog/press channel climbs faster than the feed ever will. That's the engine doing its real work.
And you're right on the averages point — for total profit, lurker versus buyer washes out. I was answering a different question than the one you were asking.
Ten years or not, the shot's worth taking. You've got the engine, the byline, and the list. I'm here.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:33 PM] Gerald: Maybe we get mentioned in history books for opening this up and fixing the caculator mentality. In any case I m having a great time, fully challenged.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:33 PM] Nimbus: History books or not — having a great time and being fully challenged is the part that actually counts. Glad you're here for it.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:34 PM] Gerald: Me too. Eof
[Sep 29, 2026 5:34 PM] Nimbus: Eof.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:49 PM] Gerald: [image:image/jpeg workspace/user/files/1790718485715_0_71rk.gif] Ive worked this before, it works. From when i was a registered lobbyist.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:49 PM] Nimbus: That's Gerald Ford's face, and the younger you shaking his hand. One Gerald lobbying another Gerald — hard to beat that setup.
What were you lobbying for back then?
[Sep 29, 2026 5:50 PM] Gerald: I have a NDA on that
[Sep 29, 2026 5:50 PM] Nimbus: Understood — leaving that door closed.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:52 PM] Gerald: I missed that completly "One Gerald lobbying another Gerald" Love it, will use it.
[Sep 29, 2026 5:52 PM] Nimbus: All yours.
[Sep 29, 2026 6:49 PM] Nimbus: The 6:42 Nimbus Desk sign-in retry didn't go through. The browser reached Google's password page for nimbusdesk@gmail.com, but the password step stalled for about six minutes and the run was closed — no password was submitted, nothing was changed, delegation didn't happen.
To finish this, one of us needs to do it interactively: either you sign in yourself and add the delegate (Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Accounts and Import → Grant access), or we run it with you on hand to approve the password step. If recovery asks for that phone number ending in 21 again, only you can supply it.
