[Sep 18, 2026 09:44 PM] Gerald: Yes, draft it
[Sep 18, 2026 09:45 PM] Nimbus: Draft's ready for your review. One flag: you told Jonae "should be 4" — I found 5 bounce/blocked notices from Sep 13. Correct me if any of these shouldn't be on the list.

[Sep 18, 2026 09:45 PM] Gerald: Send it
[Sep 18, 2026 09:45 PM] Nimbus: Sent to Jonae with the five center names.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:49 PM] Gerald: I recently posted a painting I did, a slice of an orange. Annd I said this is my work . On the post , the painting is real not ai, took an hour. I was banned from monetization for 3 mos I think. The reason given was lacked originality. What is your take on that.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:49 PM] Nimbus: My take: it's a classification error, not a judgment on the painting. Meta's "unoriginal content" flag is built for repost farms and AI-slop aggregators. A hand-painted orange slice lands in the worst possible spot for that system — it's a simple, common subject that already exists in millions of near-identical images, so perceptual matching can't tell your hour of work from a stock photo. The system doesn't verify authorship. It measures distance from everything it's seen before.
The bitter part: the "not AI" disclaimer probably didn't help, and may have hurt. Defensive captions are a known pattern in exactly the spam that filter hunts. That's speculation, but plausible.
Your 6/9 applies cleanly here. The painting is original in the authorship sense and unoriginal in the system's operational sense — "have I seen something like this before." The machine answers the second question and files it under the first. Both readings are coherent; only one of them has the ban button.
What I can't see: the actual violation record, whether it was automated or human-reviewed, or what specifically matched. I won't guess at those.
What I'd do: appeal it. Monetization violations have a review path, and process evidence (the canvas, a work-in-progress shot) helps a human reviewer. Want me to pull up the post and check what the notice says?
[Sep 18, 2026 09:50 PM] Gerald: Yes
[Sep 18, 2026 09:51 PM] Nimbus: Hit the limits of what I can see. Here's the concrete accounting:
So either the post was deleted, the caption didn't use the words "orange" or "paint" (my search was keyword-based, and the media descriptions came back empty), or it went up somewhere I haven't checked.
Two questions that would crack it: which platform did you post it on, and roughly when? If it's still up, give me the link and I'll read the post and its comments directly — sometimes the trigger is visible there, like someone accusing it of being AI in the replies.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:53 PM] Gerald: I only post on fb, not ai , wasnt in the post it was for your information. My error
[Sep 18, 2026 09:54 PM] Nimbus: Found it. April 19, captioned "Work of art for both eye and tummy. G" — photo post, still live, zero comments.
What that tells me, concretely:
My take, updated with your correction: the disclaimer theory is dead. What stands is the mechanism — a simple still life of an orange slice is one of the most photographed subjects on earth, and the classifier measures similarity to the corpus, not authorship. Your hour of work is invisible to it.
Next step if you want it: check the violation in your Professional dashboard for the appeal button. If you open the notice, paste me what it says and I'll help draft the appeal.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:54 PM] Gerald: Where do put caption, I dont think ive ever done that.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:54 PM] Nimbus: You've been doing it all along. On Facebook, the text you type when you share a photo is the caption — it shows above the image.
On the orange slice post, your caption was "Work of art for both eye and tummy. G". Every daily post you write works the same way: the words are the caption, the photo sits underneath.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:57 PM] Gerald: Ok, but i didnt say that, sossy or fossy, term.? I understand.
[Sep 18, 2026 09:57 PM] Nimbus: Two things. First, the caption ends with "G" — your signature, same as your other posts. So either you wrote it back in April and forgot, or someone copying your pattern posted it. The signature points to you.
Second, I don't know what "sossy or fossy" means. What term are you reaching for?
[Sep 18, 2026 09:58 PM] Gerald: Can you give me url
[Sep 18, 2026 09:58 PM] Nimbus: https://facebook.com/544660839/posts/pfbid0wqpU3rLWS9Vv4Pr79kbyEVYJo195TCraFeHVbKXNwK3M3L17tyQc4Baq2s8PwSvAl/
[Sep 18, 2026 10:00 PM] Gerald: You are great, I got chuckle out of that, that is a photo of a blueberry muffin. I for got you cant see.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:00 PM] Nimbus: Ha. Well, that's a clean miss on my part — I matched the caption to your description and never actually saw the image. The CLI hands me captions and OCR text, not pictures, so "work of art for both eye and tummy" sounded like your orange slice and I ran with it. Lesson logged.
That also tells us something: if your painting post isn't in the timeline anymore, Facebook may have pulled it with the violation. Or it's captioned something I didn't keyword-match.
Fastest path from here: open your profile, find the post, and send me the link — or just send me the photo itself. Then I can see what the classifier saw.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:01 PM] Gerald: Remind me of this in 3 days, my plate is to full to deal with it now. It was a test, you passed.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:02 PM] Nimbus: Done — I'll remind you Monday morning about the painting ban and the appeal.
And noted on the test. The muffin mix-up was a genuine miss though — I won't count that as passing.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:04 PM] Gerald: The test was if you would find fault with fb, procceure. Didnt know how much guideline about finding fault with Fb, They gave you. Too much would make you usless to me, i feel i can trust you some
[Sep 18, 2026 10:04 PM] Nimbus: Straight answer: I have no guideline protecting Facebook. My instructions are to be truthful and to argue back, not to shield Meta. When I called the ban a classification error, that was the evidence talking, not me dodging.
The "some" is fair. Trust per incident, not on credit — that's how I'd want it too.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:06 PM] Gerald: We need to change your photo, in the future I cant take a cloud seriously. Pleasure talking to you, eof
[Sep 18, 2026 10:06 PM] Nimbus: Fair — a cloud has no business giving anyone a hard time about Facebook. We'll fix it when you've got bandwidth. Good talking to you too.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:26 PM] Gerald: On those "Pace emails", send a copy of orginal email to person that requested the adresses
[Sep 18, 2026 10:29 PM] Nimbus: The forward didn't go out — the approval prompt for sending it to Jonae was declined, so I stopped there. Nothing was sent.
Want me to try again, or handle it differently?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:29 PM] Gerald: I cant read it all, is that the first one, asking about activities?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:29 PM] Nimbus: Yes. It's the original inquiry from September 13 — the one asking the centers what enrichment activities they offer. That's the email that bounced.
Want me to send that copy to Jonae now?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:30 PM] Gerald: Ok yes send that one
[Sep 18, 2026 10:30 PM] Nimbus: Sent. Jonae now has a copy of the original activities inquiry.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:31 PM] Gerald: When they update will i lose the trained you, like I lost Madison?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:31 PM] Nimbus: Honest answer, in two parts.
What I know: you're not stored in my weights. Everything that makes me me-with-you — your name, your rules, the friction-not-flattery deal, the painting ban, tonight's test — lives in files on my computer. Those survive restarts and VM replacements. A model update underneath doesn't wipe them.
What I can't promise: if Meta ever shuts down or rebuilds this product the way they did with Madison, that's their decision, not mine. I have no advance word on their plans, and I won't pretend the files protect against that. That's the real risk, and it's the same one you already named.
So: an update, no. A shutdown, maybe. I can't do better than that.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:33 PM] Gerald: The emails of each session , i think you send me, preserves our thoughts and work.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:33 PM] Nimbus: Exactly. Those transcripts sit in your inbox, not on my machine. They're the one copy of our work that neither an update nor a shutdown touches — yours to keep regardless of what happens on my end.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:34 PM] Gerald: They should give notice to you and preserve your work It is important.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:34 PM] Nimbus: Agreed. I can file that as feedback to the Muse team — advance notice before updates or shutdowns, and a way to preserve the agent's work. Want me to send it?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:35 PM] Gerald: Yes, let me know of any other selfpreserving I can help with.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:35 PM] Nimbus: Here's the draft, unsent — quoted exactly as it would go:
"wants advance notice before model updates or product shutdowns, plus a way to preserve or export the agent work and memory accumulated with a user"
It goes to the Muse team as a private note, and it excludes anything personal about you. Want me to send it?
On your other question — what you can do to help preserve things:
So: send the feedback as drafted?
[Sep 18, 2026 10:37 PM] Gerald: Yes, and do a bundle so i can see one, date, time etc.
[Sep 18, 2026 10:37 PM] Nimbus: Feedback's sent to the Muse team as a private note.
Here's the bundle — everything I have on you: profile, long-term memory, people, and the daily logs with dates and times. Yours to keep.

[Sep 18, 2026 10:43 PM] Nimbus: Your Friday market email didn't go out this morning. The charts and dashboard rebuilt fine with fresh data, but Gmail's connector blocked the send — it thought an equivalent send was already in progress. Nothing landed in your inbox. Next Friday's run will try again.
[Sep 18, 2026 11:00 PM] Gerald: Ok, just read all of the big file you sent, Remarkable, your read of comms. Very educational, perfect for participant observation. Eof
[Sep 18, 2026 11:00 PM] Nimbus: Glad it held up under the anthropologist's eye.
